BobFi’s Role

BobFi was engaged to perform a full end-to-end review of global payroll operations and assume functional ownership of Global Payroll Director responsibilities. This included rebuilding workflows, documenting processes, coordinating vendors, and partnering closely with Finance and Accounting to restore confidence and control.
